Ashlee Simpson And Evan Ross Are Bringing The Romance To The Show

Married in 2014, Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross have remained as low-key as a Hollywood couple can get while raising their children. That is, until now. Fresh off filming their new E! reality television show, Ashlee+Evan, Simpson and Ross are now set to present at the iHeartRadio MMVAs.

Each considered famous in their own right, Simpson and Ross come from two recognizable celebrity families. As the younger sister to pop singer and actress Jessica Simpson, Ashlee Simpson followed in her older sibling’s footsteps, taking up a career in singing, acting, and reality TV beginning in 2001. Today, Simpson is most known for her recurring role in 7th Heaven, a brief reality show, The Ashlee Simpson Show, and her music career, which includes the debut single, “Pieces of Me.”

As the son of the iconic American singer-songwriter, Diana Ross, Evan Ross is anything but untalented. As an actor and musician himself, Ross is best known for his roles in ATL, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, and current-running television show, Star.

Premiering September 9 on E!, Ashlee+Evan will follow the couple as they juggle parenting, love, and the creation of their upcoming debut duets album.

Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross join Gus Kenworthy, Alexandra Shipp, Chrissy Metz, Colton Haynes, and Kristin Cavallari in the list of presenters just announced for the 2018 iHeartRadio MMVAs. Today’s announcement also included new performers 98 Degrees, bülow, Bebe Rexha, Brett Kissel, and The Beaches, who join previously announced performers 5 Seconds Of Summer, Kris Wu, Shawn Mendes, Halsey, Meghan Trainor, Alessia Cara, and Marshmello featuring Anne-Marie.

Also announced today, eTalk host and former Much VJ Tyrone Edwards will be hosting the iHeartRadio MMVAs, with Chloe Wilde and Patrick Langlois returning to host the red carpet show.

Watch Awkwafina host the 2018 iHeartRadio MMVAs on Sunday, August 26 at 9/7MT on CTV and Much.
